How to read the rest of this site

Everything is future tense until a pool matures. Rates are targets, not guarantees. The 4% expected loss rate is a placeholder that has never been measured. Disclosures lists every number whose status is “assumed” rather than “measured”.
The Roadmap states what has to be true before each of those claims changes, and what would stop the project entirely.
